In this episode I welcome Lonnie Anderson. Lonnie is a Creative Director that has worked with Spike Lee, Mark Ruffalo, George R.R. Martin, street artist Shepard Fairey, and many more. He also has the title "King of Valentines Day" because of the elaborate valentines he makes every year for his wife, Anne. He is the proud father of two teenage daughters that have been advocates of social change. Lonnie opens up about his childhood and how even through the messiness we can make a positive difference.

Short Film directed by Kel Cruz: "Love in the Valley"
